The many aspects of investor relations are brought together in the courses offered by Transparency Matters Ltd. Fundamentals, and creating an IR strategy, global regulations and the communities of investors, analysts and the media (in all its forms) are all discussed. Our course includes use of case studies and detailed examination of best practice, as well as group discussion of emerging themes.

Those attending the course are provided with the knowledge and tools to design their companies’ IR strategy from the beginning.

Mark Hynes is a noted commentator, thought leader, speaker and blogger on the world of IR. His experience of 28 years in financial services stretching from investment banking to journalism, web publishing and research has given him an unusually broad understanding of the technical aspects of IR.

Our courses are available either as public courses, or in-house. Recent projects have included group courses in Dubai and Russia, with in house events for a Serbian brokerage firm and a major company in Turkey. In addition, we facilitate the regulation courses for the UK IR Society.

Attendees range from Chairmen, CEO’s and Finance Directors wanting to understand current best practice, to in house IR teams, and especially those coming into IR from another discipline.
